Below is the list of our international order policy:

Cancellation: You cannot cancel the order once placed. For any queries related to order you can mail us at admin@tangledstore.com.

Payment: For all our international orders we use PayPal as our payment channel.

Delivery Carrier: For most of our international order, we use premium carriers like DHL, FedEx and Aramax. Choosing of carrier completely depends on us depending on the location of delivery and service availability.

Delivery Time: For all international order the delivery time can range from 4-8 days. Delivery time is completely dependent on location and custom clearance. We do not guarantee delivery under given time frame although we use premium courier partners like DHL, FedEx and Aramax to make sure delivery is made on time.

Custom Clearance and Charges: Buyer is liable to pay custom in his/her respective country if applicable or asked by the customs. We are not responsible for any hold in customs and Tangled Store will not pay any customs on your behalf.

Shipping Address: We assume that the information you provided while placing an order is correct and double verified by you. We can not change the address once the shipment is booked from our premise with the carrier. Although we provide 1-day handling time before booking international order, for any changes mail us your order id and correct information at admin@tangledstore.com.

Return and Refund for International Orders: Currently, we don’t accept any return or exchange for the international orders. Refund is also not applicable once shipped.
